Quality rehabilitation, from the convenience of home

Why choose On Track Rehab?

Significant experience

On Track Rehab’s director Norbert Greveling has more than 26 years’ physio experience across four countries. He brings a broad rehab background to your care, including work in sports, neurological, orthopaedic and amputee rehab. He has held allied health management roles and been involved in stroke rehab research. Norbert has a special interest in rehab for people with complex neurological needs, multi-trauma, and movement disorders.
Empowering your recovery

Successful rehabilitation involves effort and determination. We can’t do the work for you, but we’ll be alongside you every step of the way – giving you professional advice, encouraging you when things get tough, and celebrating your successes with you.

Control over your rehab

We can tell the difference between when your enthusiasm for rehab is flagging and when you’ve reached your limits. We’ll push you to achieve your potential (because we all need encouragement sometimes!), but never beyond what you’re comfortable with.

Education

Knowledge and understanding give you a sense of empowerment and control over your rehabilitation journey. We’ll explain your conditioning treatment options in every day language rather than medical jargon, helping you know what’s happening and why.

Personalised service

We’ll see you one-on-one in the comfort and convenience of your own environment, allowing you to work on recovery in the most relevant and meaningful context. Your rehab sessions will be completely focused on you and tailored to suit your needs and goals. We can also deliver group sessions, allowing people with similar goals to work together in an engaging social and motivational setting.

Evidence-based, multi-disciplinary care

To ensure you have the best chance of achieving improved function, independence and quality of life, our treatments are all based on high-quality evidence. If we think you can benefit from the support of other health professionals, we’ll refer you to trusted rehabilitation partners (with your permission). This might include rehabilitation specialists, occupational therapists, diagnostic services, and speech pathologists.

“We help you overcome your challenges by drawing on your strengths.”

On Track Rehab can see people under various funding models, including NDIS plans, CTP claims, NIISQ, ICARE, TAC and private funding.
